Mini Athletics Reading

Welcome to Mini Athletics Reading! I'm Michele and I'm a mum of 2 children aged 3 & 6.

I started Mini Athletics Reading in March 2019 after attending a class with my little boy. I immediately loved the concept and how different it was to the many classes I had attended previously with the children.
I love that it engages children in so many ways. The social skills the classes encourage are equally as important as the physical.

Our classes encourage an enjoyment of sport in the younger ones and for the older ones, our classes are designed to improve technique and keep them active and enjoying physical fitness!

They are fun and really exciting. Each week with a different theme! But we maintain consistency in the structure of the lesson each week to make sure it is familiar and comfortable and we always finish with running races which is a firm favourite for all the children!
