We’re on the lookout for energetic, enthusiastic coaches to deliver our fun, action-packed themed sessions — and we pay a competitive £15 per hour.
No coaching qualifications? No problem! Full training is provided, so you’ll have everything you need to step confidently into the role.
This position is perfect for someone with a sporting and/or drama background — someone who loves bringing energy, imagination and excitement to every session. If you enjoy performing, leading, motivating and making a difference, you’ll thrive with us!

Hello! I'm Frances, owner of Mini Athletics Central Scotland. I'm over the moon to bring Mini Athletics to Scotland and cant wait to meet you and your athletes!
I have two kids who are passionate about all things sport and who are equally as excited for this venture. As a mum, I understand the feelings of both parents and kids starting a new class or sport so more than happy to support you and your wee one in the run up to starting, as well as throughout the term.
I am a fully trained coach with all the relevant PVG and insurance certificates.
