Mini Athletics Ilford, Barking and Woodford
Having worked in various roles in different sectors, Mini Athletics Ilford, Barking & Woodford owner, Noman Ahmed, realised he wanted to purse working with children when it came to making his career change in 2018.
Despite having worked in a Secondary School, as a father of 3 young children he had plenty of experience of interacting and entertaining with this age group and was always looking for ways to aid their physical and mental development.
Add to that his passion for most Sports and Mini Athletics was the perfect venture for him. Providing children with a safe and nurturing environment to develop their basic physical, social and cognitive skills whilst having enormous amounts of fun!
Having started our first class in April 2018 at Forest Gate Community School, we have since expanded to Ilford, Barking and Woodford, with more to come over the next few months.
