Mini Athletics Lincoln

Welcome to Mini Athletics Lincoln, launching March 2026!

Mini Athletics offers fun, engaging athletics classes for children aged 1-7 years, focusing on the fundamental movement skills of running, jumping and throwing. Brought to life by themed weeks from robots to super heroes, trains, dinosaurs and unicorns.

Our classes will help develop their hand-eye coordination, gross and fine motors skills, while using imagination to make it fun and engaging! We achieve this through a mix of games, technical elements and races.

The goal is for each mini athlete to build confidence, improve their teamwork and make great friends!

Are you joining for the first time?

If you’re new to Mini Athletics, your first course booking will require a one off joining fee which includes a Mini Athletics vest and a PB card.

Classes are held in the sports centre, in the gymnasium. If approaching from Tritton road, drive through the first gate, and then down to the sports centre, when there is parking just beyond the sports centre entrance.

Meet the Mini Athletics Lincoln Team

Hi there! I'm Gary, the franchise owner of Mini Athletics Lincoln and head Amazineer Coach. I'm so excited to have the opportunity to bring Mini Athletics classes to Lincoln and provide fun, engaging and energetic classes.

I'm a dad to one very imaginative little boy and one very energetic little girl, and wanted a class to engage both of them, which led me to Mini Athletics. From the moment we visited our first class they were all in and so was I. Watching the joy that running, jumping and throwing brought to not only my children but others at the same age was unbelievable to witness and I knew I wanted to bring this joy to my local community.

I am a lover of all sports and more recently became a keen runner. I am passionate about developing a love for movement, being active and a love for sport from a young age, that will continue as they grow. I believe the best way to do this is to make sport incredibly fun.

I am here to make your mini athletes feel welcome and want to keep coming back, so don't hesitate to reach out to me and I look forward to welcoming you and you sports star in the making to a Mini Athletics Lincoln class soon.
