Welcome to Mini Athletics Portsmouth! Our classes are a fun, friendly, and exciting way for young children to discover the joy of movement. Every session is specially designed to help little ones run, jump, throw, balance, and play — all while having loads of fun. Using imaginative themes and playful games, children feel like they’re going on an adventure rather than attending a sports class, which helps build confidence and keeps them engaged from start to finish.
Perfect for toddlers through to early primary-aged children, Mini Athletics supports the development of coordination, listening skills, teamwork, and social confidence in a safe and encouraging environment. Every session is age-appropriate, energetic, and led by trained coaches who understand how children learn best — through play, laughter, and positive encouragement.
