5.  Payment, Fees, and Cancellation

Membership Fee

5.1.  In addition to class fees, a membership fee to join the Mini Athletics Raleigh community is payable, as set out on the Website. This fee is payable at the time of initial enrollment and is non-refundable.

Billing Authorization

5.2.  By enrolling, Parent authorizes Mini Athletics Raleigh to automatically process participation fees, which may be a one-time purchase or an ongoing subscription. Fees may be billed on the day of purchase or on the first day of each month and charged to Parent’s payment card. Authorization for services already rendered cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

5.3.  Parent authorizes Mini Athletics Raleigh and/or its designated payment agent to charge the payment card for all amounts owed now or in the future. Parent agrees to maintain current payment information at all times.

5.4.  If fees change, you will be notified of revised prices by Mini Athletics Raleigh.

Taster Classes

5.5.  Taster classes give a Parent the opportunity to book a one-off class to see if the Child enjoys the session. Parents are not permitted to book more than one taster session per Child.

Monthly Subscription

5.6.  Monthly subscription is the most cost-effective booking option. When a Parent signs up for the first time, they will pay for the remaining classes in that month. Monthly payments are then taken automatically on the first (1st) day of each month.

5.7.  Parents may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by logging into their account dashboard on the Website and selecting ‘cancel subscription.’ Responsibility for classes in the month of cancellation remains with the Parent.

5.8.  There are no refunds for classes missed by the Parent under a monthly subscription. If Mini Athletics Raleigh cancels a class, the value of the cancelled class will be deducted from the following month’s fee.

Block Bookings

5.9.  Block bookings allow Parents to pay for a block of 3, 6, or 12 consecutive classes. Classes must be taken weekly in succession as they fall due.

5.10.  There are no refunds for classes missed by the Parent under block bookings. If Mini Athletics Raleigh cancels a class, an additional class will be added to the end of the block.

Termly Bookings

5.11.  Termly booking allows Parents to pay for a full term as set by Mini Athletics Raleigh. If joining mid-term, payment will be pro-rated for remaining sessions.

5.12.  There are no refunds for classes missed by the Parent under termly bookings. If Mini Athletics Raleigh cancels a class, a credit code to the value of one class will be issued for the following term.

Holiday Camps

5.13.  Holiday camps are available for children ages 4–8 and can be booked via the Website. Individual days may be available depending on availability, or full camp booking may be required. Holiday camps are separate from class subscriptions and term bookings.

Birthday Parties and Events

5.14.  Birthday parties, school clubs, and nursery sessions are arranged separately from regular classes and can be arranged directly with Mini Athletics Raleigh. Payment for these will be taken separately.

Class Cancellations by Mini Athletics Raleigh

5.15.  If Mini Athletics Raleigh cancels a scheduled class due to weather, venue unavailability, coach absence, or other circumstances, a makeup class or session credit will be offered in accordance with the policies above. No cash refunds will be issued for individual cancelled sessions.

5.16.  Mini Athletics Raleigh will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice of cancellations and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by a Parent who fails to receive such notice.
